About Us

Founded in 2023, Michigan Wealth & Asset Management (MWAM) is the University of Michigan’s first student organization dedicated to the diverse and dynamic world of Wealth and Asset management.

MWAM immerses members in this field through education, professional development, and portfolio management. Members take on semester-long projects, hear from industry speakers including alumni and professionals, and manage a live portfolio to put their skills into practice. MWAM also guides members through every stage of recruiting, from networking to interview preparation, helping them break into careers in high finance.

At its core, MWAM is a tight-knit community built on supporting one another. Members learn alongside friends, lean on each other through recruiting, and build relationships that last well beyond their time at Michigan.
